Special Event Request Form | Annual Conference on South Asia

Conference Dates: October 30 – November 2, 2024

This year the conference will begin at 8:30 am on Wednesday, October 30, and ends at 5:30 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2024. You are welcome to request to hold your special event on any day Wednesday through Saturday.

Availability and Preferences:

The conference will accept event requests on a first come first served basis. We will offer a waitlist and extend offers if space should become available.

The conference will not offer space for events that will conflict with the Thursday Keynote Address and Dinner, and Friday afternoon Plenary Session. If your group requires permission to meet during these times, special requests will be considered.

AV Requests and Banquet Needs:

The conference may have access to an LCD projector for your group to use. If you require additional AV equipment or food and beverage for your event, please contact the Conference Coordinator.
